Established in 1988 in response to a changing economy and the deregulation of the UK telecommunications sector, Bistech was created by an entrepreneurial engineer with a passion for customer service.
Founder, Mike Hancock, was truly driven and focussed on delivering elegant technical solutions to customers – technology to support and facilitate their long-term business objectives.
Throughout the 1990s the communications marketplace evolved and as new opportunities developed, Bistech began providing essential business networking services with the same Bistech customer service ethos.
Significant investment in core infrastructure put Bistech in a position of strength, offering customers a superior, holistic proposition. This, combined with a flexible, innovative approach to end to end communication services has built an established client base and secured solid sustainable growth.
Today, the Bistech Group remains fiercely independent and privately-owned.
