In 2013, with a strategy for future growth, it became clear that a full communications review was needed. At the time, each of their three sites had a standalone telephone system that worked entirely autonomously and was approaching end of life. Furthermore, the data network which had been upgraded the year before was not performing and sites would go down, often for hours at a time.
After due diligence, Bistech was selected as Warner Goodman’s communications partner. Work commenced on the roll out of a centralised, Cloud-based voice solution. The initial benefits of the system were quickly realised with the unification of sites and significantly reduced call costs.
Impressed with the project installation and reliability of the voice network, Warner Goodman moved its data network to Bistech a year later. This robust solution has transformed the firm’s working practices; hot-desking is now possible at each site saving valuable travelling time, with homeworking also enabled.
