Working within a supportive team, you’ll help deliver outstanding technical support to a variety of UK based businesses. We're committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities to make sure you have all the tools you’ll need to thrive and succeed. You’ll spend time working in our NOC to develop your networking skills and receive support for additional accreditations such as CCNA, CCNP and UC manufacturer training.
- Delivering a high level of customer service and technical support
- Resolving incidents or service requests efficiently to maintain our outstanding rectification times
- Working closely with colleagues to coordinate our engineering teams
- Testing equipment and configuring customer requirements
