Business Development Manager
£21,000 - £30,000 DOE Basic + uncapped sales bonus

We have the opportunity for a confident, driven and articulate individual to join our ambitious business sales team and contribute to the company’s continued growth.

This office based role offers up to £30,000 basic salary DOE plus an uncapped commission giving an OTE of £50,000+.

You will be at the forefront of the sales cycle, using your own initiative to pursue potential new business opportunities in order to gain commitment for meetings with our field sales teams. Working on purely new business opportunities, you will use your excellent communication skills to build relationships with key decision makers whilst explaining the benefits of working with Bistech and how our solutions can help them achieve their business objectives.

We provide comprehensive training and support so you can develop your personal style, add value to customer conversations and identify commercial opportunities. This role is ideal for a bright individual who wants to advance their career within the exciting world of business technology

The role

  • Research target markets and uncover key information so you can add to the value of customer conversations
  • Develop your personal approach so that it is specific to your target industries
  • Engage with key decision makers to develop successful business-to-business customer relationships
  • Achieve KPIs by identifying and qualifying commercial opportunities
